Good transport links into town and onto Edinburgh bypass. Room is furnished - double bed, large wardrobe area, window overlooking shared garden. Bathroom with electric shower and bath. Open plan kitchen and living room. The flat is at basement/ground floor level and accessed by steps down to the front entrance door shared with only two others. Lovely neighbour with great community feel. I’m looking for someone tidy and responsible to look after my flat and plants while I am away. Would suit a professional person. I will be away quite a lot this year so if you like your space then this is the flat for you. Couples considered but there will be an increase in price to cover bills. There is a cat flap so if you have a cat it can be discussed.
