Spacious Annex minutes from the beach

This rental is for 8 weeks from 3rd June to 29th July and is only for the whole annex/BOTH rooms together. We are not renting the rooms separately.
MAXIMUM 2 PERSONS - Perfect for a couple, a single person or 2 friends.

TOTAL RENT = £1,100 per month including ALL bills.

MUST LOVE DOGS - dog walking would be very welcome!!

Our annex, adjoins our Georgian house, which we usually do Airbnb in, and is connected to the main house by an internal door. The house is on a quiet, beautiful tree lined street overlooking Brighton Park, minutes from Portobello High Street, where there are good bus services into the centre of town and lots of great shops and restaurants. The beach is only a few minutes away too!

The annex has it’s own entrance, and there is an internal door into the main house. It has two large bedrooms. The South-facing double room is light and spacious and overlooks the garden. There is a separate loo and shower. The twin room has it’s own sink and overlooks the front garden. As well as the main kitchen in the house, there is a small area within the annex, with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.

In the main house there is a drawing room, with a Grand Piano, and kitchen with an AGA - which is all available to share. We also have a washing machine and dryer.

My husband and I are in our early 50s and work in the arts. We have 3 teenagers, who are away at boarding school for much of the year. We also have 2 friendly and much-loved dogs! We are all very friendly and sociable and enjoy meeting new people.
