Sunny modern cosy flat in Portobello.

There is a double room with fitted mirrored wardrobes, bedside, drawers under the bed and chest of drawers. All malm from ikea so lots of storage available. The main bathroom is yours as I have en suite and only use it for a bath occasionally or for people visiting.

Living with a professional who works from home in room mon-thurs and 2 sausage dogs.

This is not a party flat, I love a pint and do go out weekends etc- sorry to explain this but I am having to re-advertise the room due to my flatmate coming in at between 3/4/5am midweek for after night out drinks - this is not ok here as I work and need sleep😂
It’s a clean tidy flat and needs a flatmate
who is similar. I do love going for a pint etc but equally my afters days are over. It’s important for me to live with someone who is not a total hermit and is able to have chat in the kitchen when we are both in there and be friendly. I have 2 dogs, Stan & Bert, they are great, will be very friendly so being a dog lover is a must.

Happy for short term or longer term lets.

Bills included. There is a secure bike store and free parking outside. Right next to Aldi, 2 mins to high street and 5 minutes away from beach. 2 mins walk to bus stops- 26 bus into town every 15/30 mins very quick into town maximum 30 mins and N26 at night every hour, we have buses to royal infirmary - 21 and out to East Lothian. Handy for QMU, I used to commute to sighthill at Napier which was 1 hour on public transport. Close to bypass by car.

Porty is also very cute loads of nice pubs, civerinos, Bross bagels, plus the beach so don’t be put off thinking it’s far out it’s really not far from town and has everything you need here too.
