A good sized, double bedroom is becoming available at the start of August.

Only a few seconds walk away from Portobello high street and just a 3 minute walk from the best part of the beach & the promenade. Plenty of on-street parking, if you have a vehicle. If not, great cycle paths are around and the bus stop is also (literally) seconds away. The 26 and the 124 will take you to Princes St in 20 minutes. If you walk only two minutes further up the high street, there are many more bus routes available.

Within walking distance you have an ALDI’s, a co-op, chemists, hairdressers & barbers. Edinburgh Leisure’s gym is only on the promenade, endless cafe’s and food joints too.

I have lived here for over 5 years, so treat it as more of a home as opposed to a typical flat share. Currently share with another lass. We are both working ‘professionals’, i currently work 6 days on and 3 days off at Edinburgh airport and the lass works at a cafe on the promenade. A very easy going pair! There is a dog at the property, Maxi, my little rescue pal that i got just over a year ago. So you must be OK with dogs. He is a black lab/staffie cross, not long turned two years old, he really is a big sook who loves affection.

We have decorated and modernised the kitchen and bathroom, both of which are shared. The large living room is also shared, with a sofa bed for any guests. Three large double bedrooms. We have a massive private back garden (which i maintain), that is sweet for BBQ’s - and the neighbours are all great too. Central gas heating throughout - and also a gas kitchen hob.

Overall - a very easy going and a low maintenance place with homely vibes, in a great location.

Bills are £100 per person, each month. This covers the council tax, virgin media fibre broadband and the gas & electric energy bills.
