Portobello - Great location. Double room.

A great sized double bedroom is becoming available at the start of March.

I am travelling away for work, and most likely will be away until Summer. You will be taking my room. At the moment, it may only be available until th end of July - but with the possibility of it being longer.

Only a few seconds walk away from Portobello high street and just a 3 minute walk from the best part of the beach & the promenade. Plenty of on-street parking, if you have a vehicle. If not, great cycle paths are around and the bus stop is also (literally) seconds away. The 26 and the 124 will take you to Princes St in 20 minutes. If you walk only two minutes further up the high street, there are many more bus routes available.

Within walking distance you have an ALDI’s, a co-op, chemists, hairdressers & barbers. Edinburgh Leisure’s gym is only on the promenade, endless cafe’s and food joints too.

I have lived here for almost 6 years, so treat it as more of a home as opposed to a typical flat share. Currently share with 2 girls, one Irish, one Canadian. Amazing girls and a very easy going pair! We are all working ‘professionals’.

We have decorated and modernised the kitchen and bathroom, both of which are shared. The large living room is also shared, with a sofa bed for any guests. Three large double bedrooms. We have a massive private back garden (which i have maintained), that is sweet for BBQ’s - and the neighbours are all great too. Central gas heating throughout - and also a gas kitchen hob.

Overall - a very easy going and a low maintenance place with homely vibes, in a great location.

Bills are included in price, each month. This covers the council tax, virgin media fibre broadband and the gas & electric energy bills.
