Lovely flat just off Portebello high street

Hi, I’m Lee and my flat mate is moving out and moving abroad so looking for a new flat mate

I’m Irish and I work full time and my work is very flexible so I can be working from 6am to 10pm

The flat is a fully furnished beautiful upstairs downstairs flat, just off Portebello high street, it’s 2 minute walk from the local Aldi and is a 3 minute walk from portebello beach which is a lovely spot to have right on your door step

I’m renting a spacious double room, with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room,

The area is so central to everything you need, it’s 15-20 min by bus into Edinburgh city centre and as I said 2 mins from local Aldi, loads of local pubs and shops, the beach with food spots, arcades and football astro pitches if you fancy a game! and the flat comes with a personal parking space for your car
