I am looking to rent my one bedroom flat by the beach on a short term only basis.
I normally live in the flat, but I will be away a lot in the coming months, making it available and perfect for somebody looking for accommodation for a few nights, maybe while visiting the city.
Several buses gets you to the city centre in as less as 20 minutes, and the beach is just 30 seconds walk from your main door. Parking on street is free.
I am looking for £80 per night, but the price can be discussed if staying for several days.
A deposit of £100 will be also required, and will be given back at the end of the stay after inspection.
