Lovely current flatmate is moving job and location so looking for equally kind, respectfull flatmate to take her place here on King's Road.
I have been here for two years. Flat is cosy and well kept, we are through southside management who are very welcoming. They require proof of income of three months, enquire for extras. Portobelo is fantastic and I am part of the sailing club who have a very active role in the community.
Rent increase this year went to 1060 ish. I have the smaller room so rent is copensated for the bigger south facing room. Current flatmate is happy to take 200 for all her furnishings if wanted. I am a training architect in Edinburgh.
