I am subletting my lovely space in Portobello to do seasonal work elsewhere in Scotland for the Summer. Me and my flatmate are looking for someone to take the room from the end of May to the end of September. Dates flexible.
It is a 2 bed flat, right next to the beach, the high street, and bus services. A spacious double room with good storage options. Shared shower room and toilet. Fully furnished. Parking available on Kings Road but can be tricky to find a space especially at peak times in the Summer. Shared garden.
Not suitable for someone working from home full time. Must be clean, respectful and friendly!
