Peaceful Flat by Portobello Beach

Hello!

I'm looking to sublet the spare room of my gorgeous ground floor 2-bed flat in Portobello.

The flat has been recently renovated so has all new carpets, paintwork, etc but still has the most beautiful traditional characteristics (Bay windows, fireplace, coving, etc).

The bedroom has a single bed, bedside drawers and a clothing rail. It also has space for a desk.

The flat has a large shared garden which is really easy to access from the ground floor. It's on a quiet street that feels nicely tucked away, despite being just seconds away from Portobello High Street. You can get to the bus stop, Sainsbury's Local and lots of other shops, bars and restaurants in just a few seconds on foot. And the best part is the beach which is less than a minute's walk away!

I have 4 year old black lab x golden retreiver mix named Dougie. He's very well behaved but will almost certainly give you a kiss and cuddle when you enter the flat - so if you're not a dog person then this may not be the right flat for you!

For work, I'm a freelance marketer, SEO and writer. Hobbies wise, I compete as a strongwoman, write poetry and do life drawing (quite the mix)! I also enjoy going to gigs and exploring in the hills with Dougie.

All bills are included. The WiFi has just recently been installed and works a treat!

It's not the biggest flat in the world, so I'm looking for just 1 housemate rather than a couple - apologies! And as much as I'd love other pets in the home, I think it may be a bit too much for Dougie.
