Hello! My name is Hannah and I’m looking for a tenant for my well-loved flat. I’ve lived here for the last 2 years with my friend, Shravan, who will be staying in the second bedroom.

A bit about the flat - this is a ground floor, main door flat. It has a spacious open plan kitchen/living room, and the benefit of a separate utility room with a washing machine. The living room comes furnished with a cosy large sofa bed, television and stand.
The kitchen comes furnished with a drop-leaf dining table and 4 fold down dining chairs stored inside. Kitchen also has a dishwasher.

The bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower.

The available room is a spacious double, furnished with bed, shelving and a wardrobe. It gets the sun streaming through in the afternoon, and the window looks out onto a communal garden.

A bit about your other housemate - Shravan is 30 and currently completing a PhD in environmental sciences. He enjoys playing board games, cooking and the outdoors.

A bit about the area - Portobello is such a lovely community. There’s loads of little independent shops/cafes, good charity shops, and some really nice seaside food spots!

I’m looking for someone who will love the flat as much as I do, and take good care of it. I can potentially be slightly flexible on the move in date. If you are interested, please get in touch!
