Short Term let (but including half of August!)

We are a couple looking to let our flat out whilst we pop out traveling for a few months! So, from the end of April, you will have the flat to yourselves (but also whoever rents the other room).

Renting rooms separately OR the whole flat to yourselves (if you decide to rent the whole flat then we would charge £1400/month deposit: £600.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen/ living area with a TV and speakers, a nice shower with good pressure, a recently installed boiler. There is a bicycle lock up downstairs and you'll have access to our garden with pergola, 'ladies' lounge' and burner.

We will need you to keep our plants alive inside the flat!

There are opportunities to get involved with some guerrilla gardening in the area if you want to!

8 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to Portobello High street.

This rental period DOES cover the fringe festival until the 14th! we're a 25 minute bus ride into the city centre and there are shows on in Portobello too. Make the most of this because rent over August can soar. :-)

We have a legal obligation to state the Council Tax band: which is C - but this bill IS included.
