DBL room near the sea

We're 3mins walk to portobello beach! There is a spacious living room to share and tub in the bathroom if you need a good relaxing soak! The kitchen is small but has all the essentials you could need. The double room in the pictures would be yours. The cat and his accessories are not included, they are moving out too! I'll miss them but the letting agency wont. There aren't to be any more pets moving in unless permission is sought specifically.

The letting agency will require proof of ID and a previous tenancy reference. The property is council tax band B meaning a £74 split each. + gas, electricity and broadband.

I invite women, gays and theys into this space for flatsharing. I would like for it to feel like a home with a grown up atmosphere. I have a 9-5ish schedule within the health service. Happy for friends to visit and it to be a social place, within reason.
