Bus stops at the end of the street/s go to Edinburgh university sites of Kings Building or George Sq which are on route & the other bus stop goes to the Edinburgh Royal infirmary, QMU or 10min walk into Portobello high street which has numerous bus links

Would like a mature student (PhD/Masters, visiting researchers etc) looking for short/long term rental
Must be cat friendly, tidy & easy going.
Flat is large & airy has all the usual amenities Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher.
