Comfortable room quiet converted steading

I am a retired Cruise Ship Captain looking to share my home with a professional. My home is a quite converted steading in the small village of Ratho on the Union Canal just 8 miles from Edinburgh, close to the Heriot Watt University, 2 miles from the airport (Very Quiet) and within a short walking distance to the Climbing Centre and the newly opened Lost Shore Surfing Centre.
The Room has a double bed up a short flight of stairs, there is also a twin room in the same location but i will only let out one room. There is a private ensuite bathroom adjacent to a Small TV/study with fridge, microwave and kettle.
The main kitchen is shared and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier etc
Outside there is a secluded patio/garden area with a fish pond, great for catching the sun whenever it shines. As the property is very secluded it would be very suitable for female.
There is a regular bus service to the Gyle and Hermiston Gate.
I have a fairly tame cat and a plethora of well behaved tropical fish inside and outside.
