Room to let in cottage

I have a double room to let in a classic converted farm house in Ratho village
Ratho is 2 miles from the airport (no noise) close to the Union canal, the ERICA (Climbing centre) and the recently opened lost shore surfing centre.
Parking is on the main street but other options close by are available.
Bus service is not the greatest so an alternative means of transport is beneficial but not essential.
The room is very private, up a small flight of stairs and has a private bathroom with a small adjoining study/TV room. This would suit a female.
This is a non smoking house but there is a secluded sheltered garden area where you may smoke if you must or enjoy sunbathing or even gardening if that is your thing.
Rent includes community charges, gas and electricity.
Shared modern kitchen with a seperate utility room
Linen etc can be supplied.
