Room in converted steading

I have a double room in converted farm steading in the centre of Ratho. Ratho is 8 miles from Edinburgh and within 3 miles of the airport, beside the Union canal and very close to the EICA (Climbing centre) And the recently opened Lost Shore surfing centre.
The room is up a short flight of stairs and has an adjoining bathroom, there is a small TV room next door.
Next to the kitchen is a comprensive utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and fridge/freezer.
The modern kitchen is shared and has everything needed to sustain life.

At the rear of the house there is a sheltered secluded and sunny (weather permitting) garden.
Rent includes utility bills and community charges.
