PLEASE NOTE, OUR PROPERTY IS A 20 MIN WALK FROM THE NEAREST BUS AND 40 MIN TO A FASTER SERVICE, SO IT IS LIKELY UNSUITABLE IF YOU DO NOT DRIVE.

My husband and I (plus our dog) have a 1 bed annex to rent out to a lodger. You have your own entrance, with small patio area, off street parking via electric gates, plus security cameras and lighting. There is a living room/galley kitchen with seating area and shower/utility room (we currently need limited access (hence the semi private comment).

We may at times need access to the living room for electricty readings and heating controls. We have another kitchen, living room and bathroom that we use ourselves. The pictures show different configurations of furniture. We have a large garden, which is currently under construction. The surrounding area is rural and beautiful (if you like a country setting).

We are open to pets as long as they get on with ours and are house trained, any damage done to the house by your pets will be taken from the deposit.

The living room has a sofa bed for guests.

I would consider couples if it was for a short term period only as I don't think it's big enough for a long term arrangement. Rent would be increased, if so.

Phone signal can be intermittant but the internet is generally very good. We've had multiple people working from the house with no issues.

RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS However, if use of utilities increases significantly, we will arrange additional charges.

It's important to visit the property due to it's unique nature.

A deposit may be requested if the room is to be held.

A minimum £100 FROM THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED TO COVER ANY CLEANING COSTS WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.
