Beautiful room for rent in rural setting

PLEASE NOTE, OUR PROPERTY IS A 15 MIN WALK FROM THE NEAREST BUS AND 40 MIN TO A FASTER SERVICE, SO IT IS LIKELY UNSUITABLE IF YOU DO NOT DRIVE.

My husband and I (plus our dog and 10 chickens) have a 1 bed annex to rent out to a lodger.

The area consists of a shared entrance porch/snug, which leads to a private galley kitchen/diner, double bedroom and shower room). We only need access to the porch if there is an issue with electrics or boiler and only need access to the downstairs shower room for toilet access (very rarely) and use of the washing machine. So effectively it's a self contained flat as we have a separate kitchen, living room and bathroom that we use ourselves. The pictures show different configurations of furniture. Happy to discuss part furnished options and can be quite flexible with options in general. We have a large garden, which is currently under construction. The surrounding area is rural and beautiful (if you like a country setting). There is off street parking available.

We are open to pets as long as they get on with ours and are house trained, any damage done to the house by your pets will be taken from the deposit.

Phone and internet is generally good, but may vary depending on provider. I work from home though and don't generally have any issues.

RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS However if use of utilities is abused we will arrange additional charges.

It's important to visit the property due to it's unique nature.

We require a £100 deposit to secure the room, which will be deducted from your deposit.
