Furnished double room Midlothian

Hey I am looking to rent my room out in my immaculately presented house situated in Rosewell Midlothian.

Great bus route into town 49, 31 and x31 Also Eskbank train station is 3.7 miles ( 9 minute drive) which has trains every 20 minutes straight into the city centre.

Bedroom has a bed/mattress provided but happy to dismantle if you have your own furniture 🙂 ( bedroom has double fitted wardrobe ) shared bathroom.

The whole house is presented to a high standard and kept clean and tidy at all times so would need a like minded person to respect that.

Rent is £600 a month and this covers all bills - rent council tax , utilities and wifi. There is parking available outside property.

I am a 31 year old female professional. I work Monday to Friday and go out to exercise couple nights per week.

No couples but students welcome. ( and someone who hopefully likes gin and red wine! )

Strictly non smoking in the house

Ready for end of April.
