Spacious double room in Rosewell

Looking to rent one room in a three bed bungalow in Rosewell.

Spacious double room with a high ceiling. Access to living room, kitchen and garden with all bills included.

It's definitely not a party house but you'd be welcome to have visitors and guests to stay. Also welcome to use attic storage space, put pictures up, and generally treat the place as your home. I'm looking for fairly quiet and tidy but friendly housemates.

There are currently three dogs living here (one is mine, two are my housemate's). Happy to consider another dog as long as they'll all get along. Afraid we're probably not suitable for cats or small animals.

Quiet location, good for countryside walks but also quick access to the bypass, Easter Bush, and the rest of Midlothian. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street. There is currently no direct bus in to the city centre outside of quite narrow commuter hours so this probably isn't suitable for someone that works/studies full time in the city centre unless you can drive there.
