Hi Guys I’m looking for someone to buddy to view this flat in Stockbridge.

Large 3-bedroom (no HMO) property located on Ettrickdale Place in the Stockbridge area of the City. The property is situated next to Water of Leith, there are excellent local amenities and it is within easy reach of the city centre. Excellent transport links in and around the city are located close by making it ideal for families or professionals.

I’m Thorranze. 29 yo Cantonese guy. I am working on my own business in Edinburgh for 3 years now. It is a design agency.

Just a little bit of myself, don’t want to be too cliché, but yea, I am a neat and clean person, one of my hobbies is really keep my own space and the public space clean! Don’t worry, it sounds like very OCD though, I simply want to say that I love to create a comfortable home together with you :)

During the weekday, I normally will work on my business, sometimes I work from home, cafe or other possible freelancing spaces in the city or I would be on the way to meet clients or networking events.

I enjoy social life like cooking or movie night or heading out for pints but I also enjoy peace. If you fancy Asian food, one of the benefits of living with me is you will have PREMIUM membership of Cantonese cuisine tasting club to enjoy unlimited Cantonese dishes every now an then 😂 I love whisky, coffee, classical and jazz music, swing dancing, I also play guitar when I am free; I love creatives, design, art, movies and going to gym. I love a deep chat with my friends if we are all free. Simply speaking, I am really chilled but also I love life with quality.
