Stockbridge Room & Ensuite- looking for an ace gal

ROOM AVAILABLE FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2026

I'm a 32 year old Edinburgh local, marketing consultant and food reviewer (with lots of recommendations!!) with a well behaved 5 year old cockapoo looking for a like minded female flatmate to live with me. Hoping for a fun but relaxed flatmate to hopefully become a good friend. I'm talking adventures, nights in, occasional nights out, shared meals, fierce monopoly deal competition, Netflix series binging, dinner parties, copious numbers of shared bottles of wine and some good banter along the way.

Flat includes:
∙Double Bedroom with view over the shared garden, black-out blinds, en-suite (walk in shower & tall window) & a built in wardrobe... you can of course put up lots of pictures and make the place your own.
∙A big kitchen - table fits 10, induction hob, wine fridge, two ovens, dishwasher, Nespresso machine & milk frother, long toaster that fits sourdough (if you're a foodie, you'll appreciate) and clothes pulley.
∙ A big living room - bay window seat, 55" 4k ultraHD smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime & all the other channels & a sound bar.
∙ Also pictured is the main bathroom, which you are welcome to use for the occasional bath. But you do have your own en suite.
∙ Most importantly - my dog, Panko. He is the most lovable and kind sort, who doesn't malt or go on sofas (but does go on my bed). You can enjoy cuddles and dog walks (only if you want to). Both Panko and I go out to work / dog walks most days.

Rent is £950 per month and on top of that there's bills (electricity & gas, wifi, council tax... comes in around £175 a month).

I'm super proud of my home and want it to be loved and enjoyed... but also respected and kept clean and tidy. I love the very occasional big night out but constant 5am-ers would be disruptive to Panko's sleep.

I can do flat viewings in August and want to find the perfect fit who I'll love living with!
