En Suite Room available in Stockbridge

The house is located on the border of Stockbridge and New Town so its in a great location. 12 minute walk to George Street, Bus stop right outside the flat and a huge choice of cafes, restaurants and bars just minutes walk away. There are also two supermarkets very close by.

The flat is over two floors: top floor is the living room, bathroom, kitchen and laundry area. Second floor there are the rooms and another bathroom.

The room is an en suite, there are NO windows in the room but it is bright and there is a good ventilation system. There is a lot of storage in the flat so you don't need to keep everything in your room if there is a space issue.

I am looking for a clean, respectful and friendly person (or couple) to take the room.

All bills are included - council tax, electricity , gas. WiFi etc.
