I am a junior doctor who is moving out of this lovely Stockbridge flat! It’s close to a big Tesco’s, local wine and cheese bar, and about a 10 minute walk from Inverleith park and Stockbridge high street. There’s fantastic bus routes into town, and Princes Street is a 15 minute walk away.

A little about the room:

- One bedroom available in a 4 bedroom flat in Stockbridge.
- The room costs £475 a month and the bills and council tax utilities come to about £50-60.
- The three other flatmates are all men, 2 radar engineers and one linguistics student. - They enjoy drinking, socialising, walks and board games.
- The flat is on the 3rd floor and the area is very safe.
- We can arrange in person or virtual viewings!
