Double room next to river with chilled house mates

Dearest new housemate,

My housemate is moving out and I have a room to rent in my place in Stockbridge sharing with one other housemate Issac, just by the river. We have room to fill with a cool new housemate. We have fast broadband, double glazing, heating, plenty of hot water, powerful showers, dishwasher, laundry with washer-drier and tumble drier, ice maker.

I'm 38 and run a start-up that does underwater surveys with robots and Issac works in hospitality

I work a lot so need calm and clean at home, not much of a fan of clutter, that said there are a few more things than in the pictures but not much. We don't have tv deliberately but like watching stuff on the internet.

I enjoy partying and having a drink/pint/dinners when my time allows but have to keep it mainly on the down-low ATM, still have occasional bursts of madness. Up for cooking together and hosting dinners and the odd mad night too though when we can. We smoke but only out of the kitchen window.

You: Preferably chilled, fun and up for chats and adventures. Chilled out most of the time, happy to clean up after yourself, leave the kitchen ready to use for the next person and take the recycling out in turn when needed.

Rent includes everything (bills, cleaner, council tax, household stuff like toilet roll, soap). We have a cleaner that comes once a week included in the price,

Terms are rolling monthly lease, one month notice from both sides. There is private parking which we can arrange access to. There is a desk and wardrobe if you want them, happy to sort out furniture to suit your needs.
