Summer sublet in well-loved home near Botanics

I’m going away for 2 months (possibly 3) from May 17th. It’s a gorgeous wee house with a garden, shared with two wonderful humans, one dog and one cat. The vibe of the house is mature and chilled, with a good dose of fun and silliness. We live in Inverleith - botanic gardens and water of leith on the doorstep, 30 min walk to the sea in granton or 30 min cycle to portobello, just down the hill from the old and new towns and Arthur’s Seat. Very quiet neighbourhood, no road noise, occasional boat noises from the sea.

£600 all in for rent and bills. There’ll be a bit extra for basic house supplies that we haven’t figure out yet. And you can also pay extra to come in on the communal food, which is pretty much all food except for fancy things. We get a weekly veg box and most other groceries from New leaf wholefoods coop where two of us work (so we get a big discount). Or also totally fine to buy food separately.
