Huge double room available in vegetarian flat

Big double room available in a four bedroom vegetarian flatshare. Spacious and quiet second floor flat right in the centre of Stockbridge, only 15mins walk to princes street (west end) and 2min walk to all the cafes/shops in Stockbridge. No living-room in the flat but the bedrooms are more than big enough for living space. There is also a large kitchen.

Room is approx - 6.5m x 4.5m
(There is a wardrobe in the room now that isn't in the pictures)

We are looking for someone who is clean, reasonably quiet, and respectful - pretty sure we are all of those things! We see the flat as a home not a temporary place so looking for people after the same thing. This is not a party flat.

There's two of us in the flat (one male, one female) so you would be the third and final person. I'm from England originally and work as a psychotherapist, I work evenings during the week away from the flat. The other flatmate is from France originally and works as an artist/Illustrator from the flat. We are both into cycling, hiking, and watching art performances (theatre, music, dance, etc).

You'll have to be happy with the following if you want to live here:

Recycle all plastics, paper, cardboard, and glass into the correct bins.
Partners can only be at the flat as much as you're at their flat.
Communal areas need to be kept clean and tidy generally.
Cleaning rota, one flatmate cleans the communal areas every two weeks.

Queer and straight friendly flat.
