We are looking for a female to fill the 4th room in our flat. The flat is in Stockbridge, and is absolutely gorgeous. Huge kitchen, separate living room and 2 bathrooms. The room would be available mid August and is £715 pcm, council tax is £78.50 each, wifi £9 and bills roughly £60 (but this may be slightly higher in the winter months).

We are 3 girls aged 25-27 and are working professionals. We are all currently friends rather than just flatmates, and would love the 4th person to be the same!

We absolutely love a wholesome Sunday, flats roasts, sea swimming and strolls around Edi. Equally love a funny night out and going for a drink (or 3) on the weekend.

Cleanliness and pride in the flat is really important to us. We have a weekly rota to ensure the responsibility is equally shared and cleaning is kept on top of each week! We want to find someone who loves the flat as much as we do and is happy to contribute to keeping it as lovely as it is.

We would be looking for a professional due to council tax reasons or a mature student that was happy or cover their share!
