Pretty flat; Stockbridge; very tidy tennant

Hi. I’m looking for anyone really. But the main priority is someone tidy. I’d like to get to know the person before they move in so ideally we’d go for a drink/coffee or two to get acquainted first before we decide if it’s the right call.

So the flat is really lovely and you’ll have the benefit in living in a nice part of the city. The main issue is that the room is really really small. Like REALLY small. But the rest of the flat is spacious and rather aesthetic (if I say so myself) so it might not be an issue. But you’re welcome to come in to check it out. And you can always just move out if it’s prohibitively small. But yeah. Just looking to have someone I’d have a good time living with that would simultaneously alleviate the financial duress this place is putting on me.
