Double room in Stockbridge for August

Looking for someone to take my old room from the 10th - 31st of August until the fourth flatmate returns.

The flat is a lovely, spacious four-bedroom with a shared living room, study, two bathrooms and a WC. It's just over a five-minute walk to Stockbridge centre and located by a big Tesco and Lidl.

The vacant room has a double bed, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe, and built-in shelves. It's nice and bright and gets a lot of light during the day.

Bills and Broadband are not included in rent, but in total it's not usually over £50.

Monthly rent for this room is £655, but it will be around £490 since its not a full month.

The current tenants are three female students (two going into 4th year Law, and the other into 3rd year Biochem) aged 20-21. They are working full-time over summer but there is always someone around. They are fab people who are easy to get on with and they keep the flat in great condition.

Council Tax Band E - Council tax is currently discounted as all remaining tenants are students. You will need to discuss with them if you are not a student and need to pay council tax.
