Flatmate moving in with her boyfriend so looking for someone to move in 1st September.
£575 rent + £128 council tax + £15 wifi + energy bills (currently £50).
I would estimate total cost around £768.
Open to mature students if willing to pay the council tax.
Letting agency is Belvoir. They have their own application and final say would be theirs.
