Room in Stockbridge

Please note we are preferably accepting female applicants between the ages of 28-32. The people:
We're a relaxed, active and social flat of 4 (two girls, two guys) living in a 5 bedroom flat. We're all working professionals between 28-33, so are looking for people of a similar age.

We're pretty social and enjoy hanging out in the evenings or weekends when we can but we all have our own activities going on as well and are respectful of each other's space.

There's usually someone around for a chat in the evening or a few drinks over the weekend, and we have the occasional party - but it's not a party flat!

We're from all over the UK, India , Solomon Islands and Greece and in all different lines of work. We don't take ourselves too seriously but treat our flat as a home.

The flat:

The flat is in a great location in the Stockbridge / Newtown area, with Princes St just up the road, Inverleith park a few minutes away, and lots of great pubs and cafes pretty much on the doorstep.

The flat is really big! It has a large kitchen with plenty of space for a few people to cook at the same time, and a massive separate lounge to chill out in

There are two bathrooms, and one room has an ensuite (3rd bathroom), so there's never a wait for the shower in the morning.

The rent is £650 and that includes all bills and money for a cleaner that comes every week to clean the communal areas. Parking is available with a permit only - this is not included in the rent but is available if needed!

One year minimum stay and one month's deposit is required (£650). The room will be available from the 1st of July.
