I'm moving away to start a research masters so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Stockbridge.
The room is very bright and spacious and has a great sized window which faces onto a very quiet, green courtyard.
The flat has a large hall/landing area and a kitchen and bathroom which I share with my two flatmates. We all get on well as a flat and enjoy having shared meals together when we can. We also share cleaning responsibilities for the communal areas so it would be great if whoever takes over from me would be willing to contribute to this too! Myself and one other flatmate are vegan so the flat has been mainly vegetarian/vegan for the last while - we aren't necessarily looking to find someone who is vegetarian/vegan but would definitely prefer someone who would be willing to avoid cooking meat in the communal kitchen.
The rent doesn't include bills which are typically between £40-£60 a month. The council tax band is G.
