Short term sublet in lovely Canonmills flat

Looking to fill a room in our flat for 2 months over winter while our flatmate travels. We are a house of three who all love to spend time together - going to the pub or cooking at home, watching movies. The space is very much shared and we are looking for someone who needs a welcoming and caring flat to live in over the winter months. The flat is in a great spot, around the corner from the botanics and a walk to Stockbridge markets. Bills are not included but are approx. £150 per month (internet/gas/council tax).
