My flatmate is moving to London so I am looking for someone to replace him.
The room on offer is furnished with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe. You would also have your own bathroom downstairs.
The flat is two floors - bedrooms upstairs and a living room, bathroom and large kitchen downstairs. It is in a beautiful area of Edinburgh, in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of green space nearby.
A little about me: I am 31, I work in travel and I enjoy music and hiking. I tend to eat mostly vegetarian.
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and preferably looking for a longer term rent.
You will also have to pass the standard referencing checks from the letting agency.
