Female flatmate in Stockbridge needed!!

Hello!
I am looking for a female flatmate to join my two-bedroom flat in one of the loveliest parts of Stockbridge! Room is available from 1st February!
This is a very large, well kept, furnished flat with a comfy living room, spacious kitchen and split bathroom - one room for the shower and another the toilet. Plus double glazed windows!
The flat is on St. Stephen Street, which is a nice residential area which is steps away from the bus stop, grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, Circus Lane, the Stockbridge Market and the Waters of Leith!
We’re on the top floor of a 3 floor building with great views.
This double room has one dresser and one wardrobe. There are plenty of extra storage spaces in the communal areas of the flat too. My current flatmate (who is relocating to the US) has absolutely loved it!
A bit about me - I’m a 27yo professional originally from Aberdeen, working full time in the office Monday to Friday 9-5. I’m a respectful flatmate who is keen to keep my space clean and tidy, and enjoy spending my time exploring the city, trying new restaurants, going to the gym and having a fun day out with friends.
Ideally I’m looking for someone 25-30 who also works full time, happy to chat or hang out in the evenings, go on walks occasionally on the weekends, but also is comfy doing their own thing.
No students due to council tax.
Rent is £800 per month, council tax is £188 and utilities usually fall around £68.
