Moving out of a gorgeous cobble street apartment in Stockbridge, street level entry. It’s a double room in a 3 bed flat share.
You would be living with one student, we are looking for TWO new tenants.
The rooms come fully furnished with everything you see in the photos, double bed, sofa, lamp, wardrobe, desk, shelves etc. slight variation in the rooms.
There is one bathroom and a spacious kitchen with multiple cupboards for storage in the hall and the main living area. Kitchen has bay window seating and all rooms in the flat have large shuttered windows and high ceilings. It’s still very cosy though, which I love!
Recently got new carpets and new washing machine, and the room is set to get repainted as soon as landlord gets a colour match.
Bills are usually as follows: ~40/50 for electricity and water, 9.67 for WiFi
