The room includes a double bed, double chest of draws, built in wardrobe and a 2 seater sofa. You can make this into your own living space. Bathroom is shared and it is a bath with a stand in shower.

Included in the rent are all of the bills, internet and Sky TV. You can have your own Sky box in the room, including access to Sky Sports and TNT sports. The property has a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer plus you have access to other appliances including air fryer, blender, microwave.

On-street parking available, however, it is pay and display between 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and free thereafter.

The reason for the sofa in the room is I am looking for someone who wants to use the room as their living space rather than sharing the living room. Access to dining table is of course available if needed.
