Double Bedroom Available - Stockbridge, Edinburgh

Hi,
I am looking for a second tenant to assume the shared lease in a lovely large 2 bedroom flat, located in Stockbridge.

The flat is very spacious and light, with a big living room and separate kitchen. 1 shared bathroom. The second bedroom has its own closet too (and is quiet, given it faces away from the main road).

In order to afford both the rent (pcm) and council tax, budget should be in the range of £800.00 pcm. This doesn’t include other bills.

Preferably looking to share the flat with another young professional (age 25 -35 ideally). As, I am personally full time employed with one of the Big4 accounting firms.

More on me, I am a South African who has been living in Edinburgh for 9 years. I did both my post-grad degree and Masters at the University of Edinburgh and, then went into full time employment. I enjoy the usual things such as time with friends and exercise! Ideally looking for someone who keeps things tidy (within reason), of course!
