Utilities: Approximately £50 per person( depending on the weather)

The flat is located in the lovely Stockbridge area, close to shops, cafes and bus stops. It’s a 15-minutes walk to the city centre(Princess Street, Waverley station, and similarly to Tesco and Lidl groceries.
