Small double bedroom in quiet area

Hi,
I have small double room for rent in amazing Stokebridge!
We will share kitchen, living room and the bathroom. Bedroom window is directed to communal garden with river running by and a lots of trees. On the other side of the flat there is an access to the Victorian swimming pool and popular street full of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Flat is very quiet and far from busy streets, but on the other hand it has walking distance to the shops on Princess street. There is good public transport connection to further parts of the city.
I am 42 years old professional. I like socialising, but quiet evenings at home suits me as well. I am very clean person and I like to keep flat clean tidy.
I am very respectful of others privacy and space.
