Double Room for rent

It's a three bedroom flat, with two bathrooms and a shared kitchen/living room space. There is a shared garden outside the kitchen which we use a lot in the summer time. Council tax band E. Ideally looking for another girl, as we already have two women living here and we're both in our early twenties. The rent is 670 including council tax and all bills (may fluctuate depending on cost of heating etc in winter). We're pretty relaxed and clean, and we generally like to hang out together.
