About the Flat
The flat is in a peaceful residential part of Stockbridge, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and just metres from the Water of Leith. Residents have private access to riverside grounds – perfect for relaxing or enjoying a sunny picnic. Inverleith Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens are both a short walk away, and the Water of Leith Walkway makes a great running route.
The flat is in an excellent location. There's a big Tesco/Lidl 5 mins walk away and Princes Street is 25 mins away.
Inside, the flat has been recently redecorated with a vintage-modern aesthetic, and most furnishings are brand new. The available bedroom is a generous double, with: Ottoman bed with under-bed storage, antique wardrobe and antique writing bureau. There is an additional storage cupboard under the stairs.
We’ll be sharing a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living room. Bills are split evenly and include: Wifi (125 Mbps)i: £26/month, Council Tax, Gas & Electricity: approx. £91.50/month.

About Me
I’m 26, originally from Kenya, and moved to the UK in 2017 for university. I now work as an Electronic Engineer in the semiconductor industry. Weekdays are usually filled with work, padel, gym, and cooking. I like to unwind with a good TV show in the evenings. Most weekends I’m out and about hanging out with friends.
About You
I’m looking for someone who’s mature, tidy, and respectful — someone who treats the space like their own. Ideally, you're social and easygoing, and open to the idea of becoming friends as well as flatmates.
