Double room in Stockbridge flat

A double room is available in our shared flat in Stockbridge due to our current flatmate moving in with her partner.

The flat is in a great location - just up from the Stockbridge market, close to loads of great independent shops, coffee spots and pubs. It’s a beautiful old tenement flat on the second floor with high ceilings, window shutters, a huge living room, bathroom and large kitchen. The room is a decent size, fully furnished, situated at the rear of the flat and overlooks Circus Lane.

You’ll be sharing with 3 other professionals aged between 25-33. Lots of varied interests, and always up for a chat. We’d be looking for a new flatmate of a similar age, preferably in full-time employment (sorry, no students!) and a non-smoker.

Rent is currently £444, however this will be increased from 1st November to £550. Bills (council tax, electricity, gas and broadband) are not included - these usually total around £120. The room will be available on 27th September.
