Spacious Stockbridge room with en-suite bathroom

Hi, I’m looking for somebody to move into the other room of my 2-bed rented flat in Stockbridge as my flatmate is moving out. It’s a spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom. The flat’s in a great location at the edge of New Town.

Move in date: 5th October (possibly a few days earlier if needed)
Rent: £700 each pcm
Council tax: Band F, c.£142 each pcm
Other bills: around £55 each per month (bit higher in Winter)
Flat came unfurnished but my current flatmate is willing to sell her bed, mattress, bedside table and desk for £300.

I’m ideally looking to live with another professional for council tax purposes and also so we’ll be on similar schedules. Looking for someone wanting to live here long term (1 year +).

I work 9-5ish as a social researcher - from the office most days but sometimes from home. On evenings/at weekends I spend my time with friends, getting outdoors for day trips/hikes, at the gym/exercise classes and spending too much money on coffee/drinks/food! I also enjoy reading, gigs, and a night out here and there :) I keep myself busy but also enjoy relaxing in the flat and would love a flatmate who would be sociable and like to spend a bit of time together chilling, chatting, watching TV etc.
