Room available in a lovely flat located in the peaceful Stockbridge area, just a 10-minute walk to Princes Street. The location is ideal, with excellent bus links — bus routes 29 and 24 stop right around the corner — making it easy to get around the city.

All major amenities are close by, with Sainsbury’s, Co-op, and Marks & Spencer all within a 5-minute walk.

The flat has a spacious living room with beautiful views, creating a bright and comfortable shared spacel. Ideally looking for someone who works in hospitality, as schedules tend to align well, but we’re open to all the right people. Located on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator available.

Although the flat is managed by a letting agency, the landlord is very lovely and attentive, and the property is well looked after. The usual references will be required.

I have loved here with a dog but any future pets it's at the current tenant's and landlord's discretion.
