Double room in Stockbridge available until October

A double room in spacious Stockbridge flat has become available until October as my current flatmate is leaving early.

The flat is located in the heart of Stockbridge for an incredibly low price (the landlady is lovely!). The room is well lit double with furnishings. The flat is fully furnished with a huge and very charming living room, more pictures can be provided if needed. There is also a spare bed in another room for guests to sleep if we have visitors.

Masters of PhD students welcomed, this would also lower the rent to £570, bills included, as council tax makes the totally cost up to £708 per month.

I am an environmental science PhD student and would prefer someone who doesn’t mind socialising occasionally whilst also letting me get on with my work (there’s a lot 🤣).
