Cosy room in Stockbridge

I'm looking for a new housemate to take over a small room becoming available mid February.
The room is compact and located just off the kitchen, but there’s plenty of additional storage elsewhere in the flat, so you won’t be tripping over your life admin. The flat itself is well looked after and lived in, and feels homely.
I'm open to work-from-home or office-based people. The main thing is that you’re clean, tidy, and considerate, and don’t mind the kitchen being a shared, regularly used space.
