Hi! I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a two bedroom flat in Edinburgh's New Town on a long-term basis. My flatmate is a young professional and looking for someone similar.

About the flat:
The flat is in an amazing location, right on the border of Stockbrige and New Town and a 10 minute walk from Princes St. Tesco & Sainsburys are just round the corner with a Lidl 10 minutes away.

It's homey and bright and has loads of space and storage. There's a large walled garden, only shared with 1 other flat (the neighbours are friendly), as well as a patio area at both sides.

You'll get a large double bedroom, fully furnished and with loads of storage. You'll also have an en-suite bathroom.
