Beautiful Room available to rent in Stockbridge

Hello,
My lovely roommate is moving out and I’m searching for someone to take over.
The room available is part of a spacious 2 bed in the heart of Stockbridge, 10 minute walk from princes street, and close to all public transportation on a popular but quiet street. It’s also close to popular pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. It’s in an ideal location.

Im looking for someone friendly, kind, clean and respectful. The flat is beautiful and I keep it to a clean and presentable condition always.
I work long hours and travel often so I am not home all the time, but when I am, I would love to have a roommate in which I can be friends with and potentially hang out with in the evenings. Would love someone sociable and fun.
I don’t have any current pets but I am open to them.
There’s loads of storage space that is not pictured also and a big shared garden.
