Available from 1st March high ceiling cozy room with double bed, sunny big bright windows in Stockbridge.
The rent of £145 per week includes all the electricity, gas, council tax and broadband bills. We have wifi and a large tv in the communal lounge.
The flat itself has a large living room with comfy sofas and good natural lighting and a piano. Bright sunny kitchen with dining table and massive fridge freezer, shared bathroom and wooden floors throughout but with carpeted bedrooms. The flat has a loving, creative artistic feel to it.
The flat is 3 min walk from Glenogle leisure center and right next to The Water of Leith and its walkways. Walking distance to the center of town, Botanical Gardens and Inverleith Park also several buses nearby routes 29,36, 42, 24, 23 and 27 all very handy.

The room is large with high ceilings, a kingsize bed, desk with chair clothes rail and storage space. Large windows so lots of light. We can supply bedding if needed.

We are happy to eat together when it suits everybody and all share in the duties of keeping the house clean and tidy. Ideally looking for someone who likes communal living. We have a cleaner who comes in every 2 weeks and this costs £40 a month which we share the cost of.
